Turquoise water and a sunny beach at Princess Cays

Make the day your own.

Princess Cays: a relaxed Bahamian beach day.
Amber Cove: a gateway to the Dominican Republic.
Grand Turk: an island day in Turks & Caicos.

Choose excursions that match your comfort and mobility. Confirm tender access, walking distances, transport, and return arrangements before booking.

Excursions, ship time & meeting places

Shore excursions are optional. Review each tour’s cost, activity level, and meeting instructions. For independent outings, allow plenty of time to return.

Follow ship time and the posted all-aboard time—your phone may change time zones automatically. Photograph the meeting point and return time before going ashore. Keep the port contact details supplied by Princess with you.

Specific group excursion plans and meeting locations will be shared by Heritage Group leadership.

Saturday · October 17

From Chattanooga
to “welcome aboard.”

Keep your travel documents close, stay with the group, and let us know whenever you need help.

Meeting time in the orientation: 6:00 AM at CHA. Final airport meeting point, flight numbers, baggage allowance, and all flight times still need confirmation from the group’s final travel notice.
01

Meet & fly

Chattanooga Airport → Atlanta connection → Fort Lauderdale on Delta. Have your ID ready and confirm your reservation name matches your travel documents.

02

Gather & transfer

At FLL, collect your bags and meet the group representative. Stay together for the group shuttle to the port; tell a leader before leaving the group.

03

Board & settle in

Complete terminal check-in, collect your Medallion if needed, enjoy lunch, and follow crew instructions for the required safety briefing and muster station check-in.

Wheelchair assistance & connecting flights

Confirm requested airport wheelchair assistance with Further Tours before departure. Tell the gate team what assistance you need at each airport. Keep medical equipment and essentials with you; confirm airline requirements for mobility devices in advance.

Our meeting locations

CHA: exact check-in meeting point to be confirmed.
FLL: baggage claim meeting point to be confirmed.
Onboard: group lounge or meeting location to be announced.
Excursions: follow the location shown on your excursion instructions.

If separated onboard, ask Guest Services or a crew member for help. App messaging is not an emergency service.

Coming home · October 24

Follow the group’s assigned disembarkation and transfer instructions. Keep identification, medication, chargers, and a change of clothing out of any bags placed outside your cabin. Return flight and shuttle timing will be included in the final travel notice.

A little preparation. A smoother trip.

Ready, packed,
and looking forward.

Before you leave home

  • Download the Princess Cruises app and complete the check-in steps.
  • Have your airline boarding pass and Princess OceanReady pass ready.
  • Confirm required original travel documents and the exact name on each reservation, including middle names where applicable.
  • Print cruise luggage tags when your cabin assignment is available. Attach them before handing bags to porters.
  • Save a screenshot of key travel details and group contacts.

Pack your carry-on first

  • Identification and cruise documents
  • Medication and necessary medical equipment
  • Phone, charger, glasses, and valuables
  • A change of clothing and essential personal items
  • Anything you need before checked luggage reaches your cabin

For your suitcase: comfortable shoes, daytime clothing, swimwear, dinner outfits, and a light layer. Check Princess and Delta baggage rules before packing.

Keep this part handy

Your phone at sea.
Four simple steps.

  1. Airplane Mode ON
  2. Wi-Fi back ON
  3. Connect to MedallionNet
  4. Open the Princess app

The app and internet are different.

The Princess app works on the ship’s network without buying an internet package. Browsing the wider internet or using services such as WhatsApp may require paid internet access.

Keep cellular service off at sea to avoid unintended maritime roaming. Before buying Wi-Fi or any package, check with Further Tours about what your reservation includes.

Stay connected with the group.

Use the app’s available chat and Shipmates tools, check agreed meeting spots, and watch for updates from group leaders. Confirm your travel companions in the app once onboard.

Save essential information before travel. This website needs internet access; it is not part of the free onboard Princess app.

Independent walkthrough by Whent There Cruising (2025). Opens at activities; chat follows. Screens may vary with app updates.

Your Medallion is your room key and links purchases to your onboard account. Keep it with you. Ask the onboard assistance team if you need help getting connected.

Come hungry. Leave happy.

You do not have to
pay extra to eat.

Your basic cruise fare includes plenty of dining choices.

Included dining

  • Main dining rooms
  • Horizon Court / buffet dining
  • International Café food · open 24 hours
  • Prego poolside pizza
  • Trident Grill burgers and hot dogs
  • Complimentary soft-serve
  • Regular afternoon tea

Check the price first

Alfredo’s sit-down pizzeria is different from the complimentary poolside pizza. Alfredo’s, Crown Grill, Sabatini’s, and other specialty experiences can cost extra.

Specialty coffees, drinks, premium desserts, delivery, and other items may also carry charges. Package inclusions vary.

Check with Further Tours before purchasing upgrades.

Dinner reservations, allergies & special diets

Group dinner arrangements will be announced. Check dining times and availability in the Princess app. Tell us about dietary needs before departure, and confirm food allergies directly with dining staff.

Onboard purchases & checking your account

Most purchases are charged to your onboard account through your Medallion. Confirm your payment method during check-in and review charges in the app. Ask Guest Services about cash-account arrangements, debit-card holds, or an unfamiliar charge.

Venue hours and menus vary. View Princess’s Regal dining information ↗

On sea days, the ship is the destination

Do a little.
Do a lot. Enjoy it all.

Find your rhythm

Enjoy music, an evening show, movies, games, or a stroll through the Piazza. Check the daily schedule for times.

Take your time

Relax by the pool, read, enjoy ocean views, or catch up with friends over a meal. You do not need to do everything.

Choose your extras

Spa treatments, shopping, casino play, some activities, and specialty dining are optional purchases. Ask about costs before committing.

Travel with comfort & confidence

Let’s plan for
what you need.

Wheelchairs, scooters & walking distances

Contact Further Tours before departure to confirm airport assistance and any scooter arrangements. A request is not a confirmed rental. Check equipment dimensions, storage, charging, and access with Princess and your supplier.

Some excursions and tender transfers may not suit every mobility device. Ask about the specific requirements before booking.

CPAP, distilled water & medication

Let us know if you use a CPAP so distilled-water and equipment arrangements can be requested and confirmed with Princess. Keep medication and necessary medical equipment in your carry-on, and ask Princess about any equipment or power requirements.

Special dietary or other assistance needs

Share personal needs privately with the group coordinator before departure. Confirm relevant requests with Princess and speak with onboard staff when you arrive.
