    Will you book my trip for me?
    Further Tours designs and advises your itinerary. All bookings and payments are made directly with travel vendors based on the plan we create together.

    How will we communicate?
    Most planning happens by email and phone so we can clearly understand your needs and keep everything organized.

    When do I receive my itinerary?
    Personalized itineraries are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after your consultation.

    What is the service fee for?
    Your service fee covers the research, design, coordination, and planning of your custom itinerary.

    What happens after I receive my itinerary?
    You’ll have time to review the plan, ask questions, and request adjustments so everything feels right before moving forward. Because travel pricing is dynamic and controlled by airlines, hotels, and vendors, rates are subject to change until deposits or payments are made to secure the reservations.

    What if I’m planning for a group?
    If you have 10 or more travelers, we may be able to coordinate your trip under a vendor group contract with additional benefits.

    What if I already have a reservation?
    We’re happy to help guide you with next steps, documents, or coordination even if your booking is already in place.

  • Most travel vendors (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and attractions) set their official group threshold at 10 travelers or more. This is because group programs come with special incentives such as discounted rates, flexible payment terms, amenity credits, and reserved inventory — benefits vendors only extend when a minimum size is met.

    When a party has fewer than 10 travelers, vendors typically require those reservations to be made as individual bookings, even if everyone is traveling together.

    This means:

    • Reservations are processed separately, not under a group contract

    • Standard public rates and policies apply

    • Group perks, discounts, and concessions are not available

    • Each traveler follows the vendor’s individual booking, payment, and cancellation rules

    For this reason, parties of fewer than 10 are coordinated as individuals traveling together, rather than as an official vendor-recognized group. While Further Tours will still plan and coordinate the experience collectively, no group incentives should be expected from vendors unless the minimum threshold is met.

  • With 10 or more travelers, reservations can be placed under a vendor group contract rather than individual bookings. This unlocks benefits that are not available to smaller parties.

  • Service Fee & Advisory Notice

    Further Tours provides travel advising and itinerary design services. Our role is to research, plan, and coordinate your travel experience; all bookings, payments, and fulfillment are completed directly with third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

    Your service fee covers the time, research, and expertise used to design your personalized itinerary. This fee becomes non-refundable seven (7) days after you receive your itinerary, regardless of whether you choose to move forward with bookings.

    Because all reservations are made directly with vendors, any changes, cancellations, credits, or refunds are subject solely to each vendor’s individual policies and timelines. Further Tours is not responsible for vendor rules, availability, pricing changes, or refund decisions.
