After purchase, you’ll receive a short planning questionnaire and a link to schedule your consultation. We’ll use your interests, budget, dates, and priorities to build the plan.
Personalized itineraries are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after the consultation. You can review the plan and request adjustments before booking directly with the recommended travel vendors.

For 1–9 travelers, Further Tours builds one shared plan while reservations are generally made under each traveler’s or household’s name.
Most vendors begin official group contracts at 10 travelers, so public rates and standard booking policies usually apply. You still receive coordinated planning without the extra vendor rules of a formal group contract.

With 10 or more travelers, vendor group contracts may become available. Depending on the hotel, cruise line, or tour operator, that can include reserved inventory, structured payment deadlines, group pricing, or other concessions.
Further Tours coordinates the trip, communication, and traveler details while the vendor provides any eligible contract terms and benefits.

Service Fee & Advisory Notice
Further Tours provides travel advising and itinerary design services. Our role is to research, plan, and coordinate your travel experience; all bookings, payments, and fulfillment are completed directly with third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).
Your service fee covers the time, research, and expertise used to design your personalized itinerary. This fee becomes non-refundable seven (7) days after you receive your itinerary, regardless of whether you choose to move forward with bookings.
Because all reservations are made directly with vendors, any changes, cancellations, credits, or refunds are subject solely to each vendor’s individual policies and timelines. Further Tours is not responsible for vendor rules, availability, pricing changes, or refund decisions.
